Return & Refund Policy

If you are returning a faulty item within 14 days of purchase with a receipt, you may be offered a replacement. If a replacement is not available a refund will be offered. However, with the nature of any faults each case will be dealt with on a case by case individual basis.

Please note:

Due to the nature of certain goods, Rainline Roofing Products Ltd. reserve the right to not accept returns on the following goods:

• Reclaimed materials
• Opened liquids
• Loose torch-on-felt membranes
